Random order option in userlists would be very cool.
Any chance to implement view options like grid layout ot list layout?

if we implement this we would do with bootstrap scrollspy (http://getbootstrap.com/javascript/#scrollspy).
Bootstrap library is a Joomla 3.x built-in. Easy Profile should be light (read here: http://www.easy-profile.com/support/registration-tabs.html#reply-106 , each CB plugins have 100~200Kb of css/javascript).

This is simple, we will implement in next release (today or Tomorrow)

Sorry, but the random order is not implemented yet. It sounds simple, but when you have a pagination does not work.
for example if I have 50 user, 10/page
in the first page I get 10 users with random order, but on second page I get 10 users with another SQL Query but another random order.

any news on the randomness of the user lists?

sorry for late reply,
we will try to add this feature in next release!;)

The problem is that the RANDOM query on Mysql have slow perfomance.
