follow docs at http://docs.easy-profile.com/index.php/article/installation (uninstall section)

You have removed Component, but not Plugins, so you get this error. You can simply remove all package from Extensions->Manage->Manage and search for "Easy Profile" (this si normal for all Joomla Extensions)

Sorry but you are the only one with this problem, without check your configuration we can't help you.

Keep in mind that Easy Profile extends Joomla user management, so registration process (like notification,messages and emails) is managed by Joomla.
