Hello,
is it possible to integrate Google's route planner features in the gmaps shown in module-map? For example, that I can plan the route to a person's adress mentioned in the profile.

No sorry, this is not possible.
Anyway, thanks for your suggestion, in future we will consider to make something like this, but in the module is very difficult, maybe in a first step only on profile page.
