Resolved Search Feature to the left showing too many fields

For some reason my Search field options are showing Username 2 times, Name 2 times and it is a mess. Where can I alter this?

Username 2 times

This is strange, can you please post me your site link to check this?

Name 2 times

Maybe first is format name (this search into lastname and firstname) field and second is firstname, both fields have "Name" label. You can change label of firstname fields from Easy Profile Backend.
