Is it possible to do like this:-
1) Field type: "Select", Field Name: "Member Type"
Fellow|Fellow
Member|Member
Graduate Member|Graduate Member
Student Member|Student Member
Associates Member|Associates Member
2) Filed type: "Text", Field Name: "Entrance Fee"
3) Filed type: "Text", Field Name: "Annual Subscription"
For example:
If I select Member Type "Fellow", then Entrance Fee will be $30 and Annual Subscription will be $50
If I select Member Type "Student Member", then Entrance Fee will be $20 and Annual Subscription will be $20
