I would like to list custom fields from the profile in my back-end user list, possibly in stead of other fields.
For instance, I would like to show the postal code or the date of birth of a user in the list in a column next to the Name, Username, etc. Is this an option in Easy Profile? Or even in Joomla? Or could I build it with a back-end template override e.g. with the file administrator/templates/isis/html/com_users/users/default.php ?
Perhaps I am asking too much, but who knows... I have a rudimentary knowlegde of PHP, so please bear with me.... I may need some help.

Unfortunately Joomla not have any trigger to add columns in users list backend or search form, so the only way is to override template like your idea.
Try to use the file attached to this post as override, at line 21 you can add Easy Profile fields

I was wondering: I can sort all the other fields from low to high or whatever. Is it difficult to build that in for the fields that I am adding now?Yes this is too difficult and require to change many Joomla core files. I'm sorry but we can't support this
