Resolved "Star" required sigh are missing after some update

After some update all " * " sigh disappear from the form expert email and password (see attached image).
All fields setted as required in the joomla backend
please help asap, its important!

have you customized some Easy Profile core file? please try to re-install all Easy Profile package, seems that you have recent component version but old plugins.
