I set our registration to allow registrations by email. so normally the system copies the email and sets it as username.

NOW for SOME registrations the system takes the First and Sirname and forms a username like Firstname_Lastname.
In all of these cases the user can not activate the registration.

The username is generated by the system. We have choose to not use the email to prevent spambot, so we use Firstname_Lastname

OK, here it is.

The user registered and the system generates Firstname_Lastname AFTER pressing the activation link the system changes the username (back?) to emai.

you're right, I work out tomorrow and release a new version (with id search)! Email must be hidden!!!!!

I just discovered that a Name that cotains an apostroph like "Firstname D'dangelo" will NOT change to "Firstname_Ddangelo".
The apostroph stops this.

Sorry, I not understand.
I tried to register some user with apostroph and no problem.
Firstname D'dangelo -> Firstname_Ddangelo - It's OK (SEO purpose).
