Hello!

I don't know if you will be able to help me on this question: I have menus for each user, and each user has an Edit Profile Menu item. If I edit any user profile (in the front end, of course) and when I click on Submmit buttom, it loads the first Menu user, but the correct would be to stay in the current menu ou load the current user menu.

I can't tell when it started to happen, but I am pretty sure that in the early versions it wasn't happening (I didn't have any complains from any user, now all of my users are complaining, excepct the owner of the first menu) - I am lucky that there are only 6 users for now.

Any tips would be very much appreciated.

Thanks

Hi,
we have found a solutions.

we will fix this issue in next release.

We have fixed on your site, we have added this code to line 40 on /components/com_jsn/views/profile/tmpl/default.php
JFactory::getApplication()->setUserState('com_users.edit.profile.redirect',JURI::current());

ok,
but the edit profile is managed by joomla. and Joomla works so. No way without edit the core file.

When I press cancel in the edit profile page, it goes back to the Home of the site, but the most natural would be to go back to the last page or to the user page (that exists as a menu item)... or am I confusing things?

Sometimes people spend so much time on a project that just can't see the obvious- it may be my case now - sorry for wasting your time with little things most of the time.

Great! You are by far the best technical support I've ever seen. It is a pleasure to be a customer.

I am counting the days to the release of the Social Plugin. It will be a killer.

Thanks.
