I have what disable the tab Details of page registration.

Ok,
you can hide this by adding simple CSS line to your template like:

#member-registration legend,#member-profile legend{display:none}

Hi,
Easy Profile extends Joomla registration page (not replace), the tabs are generated by Javascript. You can disable this option from Easy Profile options.

You can also remove tabs (with option enabled) or fieldset title (with option disabled) with simple CSS code.
