Hi,
for now not, you can make same thing with a simple checkbox field (and maybe also a HTML delimiter field to show description and link to TOS page), see example in this reply: https://www.easy-profile.com/support/how-to-display-purely-informational-content-in-profile-question-list.html#reply-9102
