I'm using Chrome. In the profile, I select Choose File and select the file from my hard drive and the file name appears next to the Easy Profile picture but nothing else happens. Saving doesn't change the status of not having a picture. I've tried this on two instances, the production and the dev box. Same result.

Hi,
we have found that avatar column in #__jsn_users table is of type varchar(50) instead varchar(255). So when you save the image the path is truncated.

Hi,
in you site registration is disabled, so we can't see register/ edit profile form.

Can you please post me a valid account to see this form? you can use the form below the reply in "Site Details" tab.

In alternative try to check that there is attribute enctype="multipart/form-data" in HTML form declaration, some template override default Joomla user component output and remove this (i do not know why)
