Hi,
this is a template bug, you can see another example on your site at https://www.airsassociation.com/component/contact/contact/4-uncategorized/3-company-contact?Itemid=101 (in the contact form)

to fix you can add following CSS to your template style:



.control-label > label {

    display: block !important;

}
