Resolved Uddeim button

Hi,
I installed uddeim button but when I click that button on user profile it gives error 404.
I must have a button on user profile in order for users of the site to send private messages to registered users.
What should I do?

Sorry we have not much experience with this, We know that UddeIm is the most popular.

I just tried to install it on Joomla 3.6.2 and works:
have you downloaded the correct file? (not hotfix)
have you unzipped before install it? component file is called "com_uddeim_j30.zip" and it is into archive "uddeIM_3.9_j30_unzip1st.zip"

Plugin called "Easy Profile - UddeIm button" provide an integration with UddeIm component (https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/uddeim). So you need to install this component.

This button is not appearing on the profile page. But if a user logs in
This is normal, only logged-in users can send messages.

I have tried installing uddeIM 3.9, but I was not successful. It gives an error: JInstaler unable to find XML configuration file, unable to find instalation pak. May be the reason is that I have joomla 3.6. This relaes may be not compatible... just includes 3.5...
