Resolved unable to publish new custom field

i have installed the latest available free easy profile version 2.9.0 on joomla 3.9.26. When i am creating a custom field in easy profile plugin i not getting published i tried from new field page, listing publish option and batch publish option each time it show me the message one item succesfullly published but the item actullay still unpublished and when i var_dump($data) on \administrator\components\com_jsn\models\field.php in save function line 376 it showed me ["published"]=> int(1) however saving it still as zero ... can you please guide me

Hi,
we have tested it in our environment (same Joomla,Easy Profile and PHP versions), but not problem found. Have you tried to reinstall Easy Profile?

You can simply download it from our download area and install it...you will not lose your data and all core files will be rewritten.
