Hi

I tried your basic module yesterday and was great so checked out the pro and purchased.

I have to say, im actually quite dissapointed, little documentation, few tooltips, and the social connect plugin is just plain broke.


Cant Change the mock facebook colour which has white edges on the corner on dark backgrounds and looks cheap
Breaks the css regardless of using the css option, the profile picture and edit profiles float above the menu bar not under it which makes it look poor
Usergroup setup documentation no where so new registered users end up having the site redisplay in the pop up instead of the actual option


I know you dont offer refunds but im putting this one down to bad experience, and yes i guess the old saying goes, a poor man pays twice, thats why some of the big guns charge so much i guess.

Social Connect (included on pro package) works perfect, perhaps you mean "Social Network" plugin.

Social Network is a gift because we have not write docs and it is in a RC status (not stable).

if you send me your site link we can help you to fix layout problems, there are not complex components that are suitable for all layouts, this is normal. we offer this plugin to web developers, so some CSS fix is request.

We offer refund only when our components give problems of incompatibility or there are functionality requests that do not work. for questions of style or configurations we help our customers ;) with the support.
