If I create a user in the backend, at first login of is this user, he profile, but he has to accept the terms of condition (privacy) but those fields are not visisble.

If I set the option so that anyone can create an account from the frontend, the option to accept the terms of condition (privacy) are visible.

Can you help to figure out how I can solve this problem. It's imporant because we create user accounts from backend because they are attached to different user groups.

Kind regards,

joris

Ok...nevermind...I found it the issue:

This is due to system plugin order, the plugin "System - Privacy Consent" must be after the plugin called "Easy Profile - System plugin"

You can manage the order of system plugins from Extensions->Plugins:
- Go to Extensions->Plugins
- Filter by "Type" and choose "system"
- Order plugin by plugin order (see screenshot)
- Move "System - Privacy Consent" after "Easy Profile - System plugin"

Hi,
You cqn create aan account in frontend if you click on the login button in the menu and you choose ‘Nog geen account
I know it, but during registration I agree with privacy policy, so in the edit profile page the privacy plugins will be not available until privacy consent expire (default is after 1 year)
