The user cannot edit this field. Administrators add note fields to each user and publish fields

Hi,
it was a weekend for us and our offices was closed, please have patience and wait for an answer.

Anyway: you can simply create a textarea field and not show this in edit profile page. All admins can continue to edit this field.
