your problem not seems related to our product:
1. uninstall and re-install Easy Profile basically does not change nothing:
- Uninstall process: Database data will not change (no tables removed and no data deleted), only it delete files and folder declared into manifest file (xml file)
- Install process: due to previously installation there is no any Database change, it only copy files and folder declared into manifest file (xml file)
2. as I said you Login page is not managed by Easy Profile, so i think something like cache or session problems.

I not agree with you, reply after 20 minutes from your question sound like a good support (you can see around the forum, this is something that we do also without ultimatum).
