Everything was working OK on my website last night. However, today, the profiles are not displaying on the frontend, and on tablets and phones one cannot login. the login form appears, but one cannot fill in the blanks

How do I fix this?

If this cannot be fixed immediately I will need my money back so I can buy something else.

Easy Profile does not change or manage login form, it comes directly from Joomla. So it seems a template problem. Anyway we will take a look. Maybe solution is simple.

If this cannot be fixed immediately I will need my money back so I can buy something else.

I uninstalled everything to do with Easy Profile and reinstalled it. Everything is now working again - it's definitely related to Easy Profile, not the template or Joomla.

Everything worked fine for quite a while before Easy Profile was installed , and it works fine when I remove it. And now that I've reinstalled it's still working fine - for the time being, but it is ABSOLUTELY related to Easy Profile as that is the ONLY thing that has changed in the past couple of days.

I will let you know if this happens again because if it does this product will not work for my clients and their websites.

BTW - no one threatened you. You need to learn the meaning of threat. Also look up promise while you are at it.

If this is the way you deal with problems with your products, I want my money back now.

BTW - I am uninstalling your product on all of my customer's. They are cumbersome to use, and I don't have time to deal with people who confuse a complaint with a threat. Unbelievably poor attitude and customer service. Are you the same people as Joomla Shine by any chance?

sorry for late reply, it's night for us and our offices are closed.

Your words are really tough, but for me something like "If this cannot be fixed immediately I will need my money back" sound like an ultimatum. However, I'm really sorry to have beaten your sensitivity, therefore, only for this reason, tomorrow I will grant you a refund (first refund in 3 years of activity).

Keep in mind that:
refund is a courtesy: you are not eligible to refund, you have accepted out Terms of services (with Refund Policy) 2 times (during registration process and before payment), still you have accepted our refund policy explicitly before payment. TOS and refund policy at https://www.easy-profile.com/policies.html
your problem not seems related to our product:
1. uninstall and re-install Easy Profile basically does not change nothing:
- Uninstall process: Database data will not change (no tables removed and no data deleted), only it delete files and folder declared into manifest file (xml file)
- Install process: due to previously installation there is no any Database change, it only copy files and folder declared into manifest file (xml file)
2. as I said you Login page is not managed by Easy Profile, so i think something like cache or session problems.

I not agree with you, reply after 20 minutes from your question sound like a good support (you can see around the forum, this is something that we do also without ultimatum).

Are you the same people as Joomla Shine by any chance?
