The form works well in other browsers except IE 9. When loading in IE 9, the page crashes or does not load. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Hi,
we not have available IE9(because it is no longer supported) and we have tested with an emulator, but test are limitated.

we have tried to add input file in another page (without easy profile) and this problem happen, so this is not a problem of Easy Profile and we can't fully debug your site (we have not IE9, on IE8 and IE10 this not happen).

Hi,
sorry for late reply.

I have tried with IE8 and your site broke the javascript code. On this site we have same script and on IE8 (and suppose on IE9) works.

Can you please post me your site details to make some test on your site? if yes you can use the form below the reply in site details tab.

Hi,
thanks

I found the problem. The problem is a Joomla bug, joomla have a script to support html5 on old browsers, this script is located on /media/system/js/html5fallback.js

With this script the integer field not work. Our integer field use the standard of HTML 5, so we will send this report to Joomla developers (in the past we have already helped the team of joomla to fix bugs, and part of our code is included in joomla ;) )

You can re-create this field with text type, and put in "Format" parameter "Integer" (screenshot 1)

I completed your recommendation to all text fields. It works now. Except for the Avatar or image area.

In IE 9, it appears or displays different than when on other browsers. See attached image as example.

How can I fix this.

Hi,
this is a template CSS problem, but we can't debug this because your registration form is managed by another component now.
