Hi folks, two problems

1. Since I installed Easy Profile I can't register users as it always comes up with 'please enter a valid email address' - even though I have. I'm putting users in manually in the back end as this is a private site. I had no problem registering users before I installed Easy Profile.

2. The webcam avatar feature works in the backend but not the front end.

Cheers

Julian

I would create a new user for you to log in with, but I can't, because of the problem. See below.

Hi,

Problem 1:
Email address is required by Joomla, you have set ACL for "Contact Details" fieldgroup to registered and have included email in this fieldgroup.
Now when you try to register some user then Joomla assume that this is a guest user (because account is not already registered) and you not see email field.
Now I have fixed on your site by changing from registered to public the parameter "Available for" for "Contact Details" fieldgroup

Problem 2:
I have tried and works. Please specify your OS and browser (with version).

Hey, thanks for sorting the email problem out so quickly.

Webcam doesn't work in front end - it allows you to take the picture and crop the picture - but when you save the picture it become a tiny spec of a picture, almost as if the crop only crops the top left pixel or something.

Works perfectly in back end.

I'm on a Mac running Safari.
