Hi, does Easy Profile have the capability to do something similar to this:

yes this is possible, try to check in your Edit Profile (https://www.easy-profile.com/account/your-profile.html) page if it met your requirements ( we have also added map
)
You can get options from a DB table in Select Field type, you can also filter options from another select field, here a way to make this: https://www.easy-profile.com/support/conditional-drop-downs.html#reply-11318 (I know, this is a very old reply, but basically it works so)
