Hi,
Sorry for late reply,
Easy profile is Translated in english, german and italian languages. You can translate, the language files, are located in /language/en-GB/en-Gb.com_jsn.ini (frontend) and /administrator/language/en-GB/en-Gb.com_jsn.ini. you can copy these files in your language directory and edit.

If you want you can share your translation in this forum, we can check and include in our package for next releases

Hi,
follow these steps to translate Easy Profile component

FRONTEND
- copy and rename this file /language/en-GB/en-Gb.com_jsn.ini into /language/nl-NL/nl-NL.com_jsn.ini
- open /language/nl-NL/nl-NL.com_jsn.ini and edit strings

BACKEND
- copy and rename this file /administrator/language/en-GB/en-Gb.com_jsn.ini into /administrator/language/nl-NL/nl-NL.com_jsn.ini
- open /administrator/language/nl-NL/nl-NL.com_jsn.ini and edit strings

What is the correct and complete procedure to translate EasyProfile? (please add it in the documentation)
Sorry but some features like multilanguage or template override not are managed by Easy Profile, these features are managed directly by Joomla. So you can find docs to translate every component built with Joomla MVC model on Joomla docs. Now the documentation is very poor because our component is very young, before inserting something that does not depend on us would be a priority insert other content.
