Good Morning,

I am working with the Easy Profile component and quite enjoying it. I am going through the final user test phases before the site goes live. I ran into an issue where the checkbox search is not working. I am at the search and i check the Annapolis, Arnold, or Severna Park boxes which should bring back one result. A couple unexpected things happen. The Annapolis and Arnold checkboxes become unchecked and no results come back. Let me know what I am doing wrong with this one.

thank you very much for your time,
Valerie

Hi,
The correct way to set options of checkboxes is:
Value|Text

Example:
annapolis|Annapolis
arnold|Arnold
...

Or:
1|Annapolis
2|Arnold
....

Or:
ANP|Annapolis
ARN|Arnold
...

The problem is due to SQL custom where.
You options for active field are empty.

If you not set Option the behavior is unexpected

Now i have removed the SQL Custom Where Active='Yes' and it work
NOTE: in sql where you must use alias of field not name.

I have post you screenshot of active field (with tips on mouse over)

Todo:
- set option for Active field:
1|Yes
- you must launch a SQL Query to set all user to active=1: UPDATE prefix_jsn_users SET active='1' (this if you want 1 to default value)
- set SQL CUSTOM WHERE: active='1'
