Resolved CJBlog integration

Hi,
started a thread over on the CJBlog forum to see if we can integrate Easy Blog with CJBlog :) https://www.corejoomla.com/forum/feature-requests-suggestions/14531-cjblog-easy-profile-integration.html#21899
Any tips, suggestions etc. are welcome. Please feel free to join the discussion.

Try this:
- Install attached file from Joomla Extensions installer
- Set into CjBlog configuration to use JomSocial

if works we will add this update on our download area. ;)

Hi, thanks for this fix! This works. in CJBlog selected JomSocial and in the article the avatar is taken from Easy profile.
but... when clicking on my image in the article I am directed to the user profile and not to the cjblog blog profile (where I can set also the author info text).
I think the 'fix' for this is in CJBlog, correct?

yes, cjblog get a profile link from Jomsocial (or Easy Profile).

Cjblog assumed that in profile page you have some plugin to get Cjblog information. We plan to make many integrations into profile page.

What do you mean with ' integrations into profile page'? Do you mean that when clicking the user avatar in an article you get a 'customized' user profile that 'mimics' the CJBlog profile with all CJBlog functionality?
Yes, for example you can see Jomgallery plugin at https://www.easy-profile.com/docs/94-joomgallery-plugins.html
A tab for each integration. We have made Easy Profile to be extensible, we would like to centralize everything in the profile page, now if you use many component you have many profile pages.

I have a simple solution to get cjblog profile instead Easy Profile profile page ;)
on our Jomsocial Bridge edit the file /components/com_community/libraries/core.php at line 32 replace this:
$url=str_replace('com_community', 'com_jsn', $url);

with this
$url=str_replace('com_community', 'com_cjblog', $url);

Is this integration fully completed now out of interest, as I wanted to use Easy Profile and cjBlog to be fair and this would be great news if it's the case?
