Hi,

In the registration on my site the users need to enter a date of birth using a date field.
A few of my users are not able to compleate the registration since the date field does not validate (They get the message "Invalid field: Date of birth";).

I have managed to narrow the problem down to the fact that it only seem to happen to users running Internet Explorer 9.
Is there any way to fix this?

Hi,
this is a Joomla bug, if you replace /media/system/js/html5fallback.js with a empty file (example delete all content from this file) this problem will gone.

We will send this issue to Joomla Bug Trucker.

Anyway in next release we will add a workaround (scheduled for today or tomorrow) ;)
