Hello,

I need to export my users list as an Excel sheet, and the only result is a blank page...

What can I do?

Joomla 3.10.10
Easy Profile : 2.10.0

Thanks for support

Hi!
I don't know what you've done to make the Export working.
I have the same problem (Joomla 3.10.11 and EasyProfile 2.10.0) and I got this problem when updated to PHP8.1. It worked perfectly well under PHP 7.
Any ideas?

Do you get the blank page after quite a few seconds? if yes then you may adjust the PHP configuration called max_execution_time. Normally it is set to 30 seconds...if the script reach this limit then you will get PHP 500 error (blank page)

Have you a way to check PHP error log? If yes then can you post me last 10 row? I have tried to export only 1 user and I get 500 error...so the issue cannot be timeout.

Hi,
it is correct but there is not any error....probably this file comes from another domain (from folder name it seems another domain) or is specific for another PHP version (in many servers there are a error.log file for each php version installed)

I can't go back to PHP 7! The export function is used in the front end and several users need this function, so I can't change to PHP 7 every time anyone needs to export. The export problem is both in front end and back end.
Also, I have other extension that only work in PHP 8.
If this is a bug, please fix it a.s.a.p.

Hello,

Use PHP 7.3 instead of PHP8...

You can go back to PHP8 after the Export

Hi and sorry for late reply.
If you want to use php 8.0 try to follow these steps:
- Download and Unzip the attached file
- Replace file at /administrator/components/com_jsn/assets/class.upload.php with new file
