We need to display members from different groups, and we also need to NOT display members from a specifiuc groud (like super users). How is this possible?

Yes, this is possible. In each menu item of type Users->Users List and Users->Users Table (and also in the Users List module) there is a parameter called Custom SQL Where. This parameter set a static filter to the list.
You can show Users based on field values and also based to Joomla usergroups, see examples at http://docs.easy-profile.com/article/sql-custom-where

Is ist possible to add an editor to the Text Area Field for e.g. formatting the description of a user / member? Like here in the support area? Maybe also in the registration?

Yes, in Textarea field type there is a parameter called type, see screenshot. The Joomla built-in editor TinyMce allow you to customize options and features for each Usergroup from Extensions->Plugins->Editor - TinyMCE

Is it possible to send members a preview before making it public?

Unfortunately there is not a option for this, anyway you can set dimension with CSS code, for example for video show in profile page you can add some CSS code like this in your template options:

Is it possible to add a badge (image or Text) to the profile?

yes, this is possible and there are different ways to make it, I explain you a way that does not require code skills:
- Create a usergroups called "ISH User"
- Create a ACL from Users->Access Level called "ISH ACL" only for usergroup "ISH User"
- Create a custom field of type HTML Delimiter called "ISH Badge" with alias like "ish_badge" and add in description your image
- For the field called "ISH Badge" set the parameter called "Available for" to "ISH ACL". With this this field will be available only for "ISH User"
Now you have a field available only for profile of group "ISH User", you can show this field in profile page.
Like your example is also possible to add this field after the name of the user, follow these steps:
- Go to Components->Easy Profile->Options
- In section "Core Fields" set "Display Format Name" to "Custom"
- In section "Core Fields" set "Custom Display Format Name" to "{firstname} {lastname} {ish_badge}"

group_id IN (10)

... and how can I change the size of the image shown in the profile? In the field avatar the size at options is set to 500 x 500 but it shows only with 100 x 100 px. Can I also change the image size in list page?

Okay, I tired. I use YOOtheme pro, if I add the additional css it does noct work. Also not for the video...

500x500 is the size of image stored, but the size in we page is determined by CSS style.

For example to have a avatar of 300 width of size then you can add following CSS code:

for each field you can enable "Privacy" feature, so the user will be able to choose whether to view it or not.

Instead if you want that "Email" field will be visible only to owner of profile then you can set for this field the parameter called "Visible for" to "Special", with this configuration the Email field will be visible only to owner and Administrators.

Hi,
Easy Profile have an integration with Joomla Contact component. You can enable option called "Add Email button when user is linked to a contact" in Components->Easy Profile->Options->Layout Settings.

With this configuration if the user is linked to a contact in Components->Contacts then you will see "Email" button in profile page.

Tip: Joomla have a plugin that allow to create automatically a linked contact when you register an account, normally this plugin is disable by default. You can enable it from Extensions->Plugins, it is called "User - Contact Creator".

It should be possible, anyway you can also filter available Google Map results, see screenshot
