When trying to upload an avatar image from the frontend or backend, the upload sort of completes, but then at the very last bit in the pop-up window it gives a 'parsererror' error message beneath the upload button.

When clicking on the 'change' button next to Avatar, the console log shows 11 of the following errors:

Empty string passed to getElementById(). jquery.min.js:2:24487

Not sure if that's related.

I recently upgraded to the latest version of easy profile - before that it was working fine, but again, am not sure if that's related.

Thanks - we should really upgrade to a newer PHP version. Feel free to delay releasing the fixes until you've got a few other changes to roll them into - site is working perfectly for me right now in any case, and it doesn't seem like anyone else has any issues with it...

Great, tomorrow we will release a new version with this fix and fix on topic https://www.easy-profile.com/component/easydiscuss/easy-profile-version-1-3-14-upgrade-crashes-site.html?Itemid=136.

Both problems are related to incompatibility with PHP 5.3
