Hi guys,

A while ago i had this issue. https://www.easy-profile.com/support/some-fields-the-images-are-not-saved.html
Now i want to launch the website and i get this issue.
If i do not use this folder: images/profiler/ it does not save it.
It is in the files in the ftp but not saved.

So i hope you can help me out here what is going wrong because i do not want an unstable image saving.

Update:
The interesting thing is if i change the url to images/profiler/zoekboer/ it works.
So somehow it does matter what i fill in there.

Any idea?

Hi,
the folder specified exists? If the folder not exists then Easy Profile will create it, but it is referred to last folder, for example:
-images/profiler/ exists, so Easy Profile it's able to create another subfolder like images/profiler/somethingelse/
-images/anotherfolder/subfolder/ If the folder "anotherfolder" exists then Easy Profile are able to create the folder "subfolder" otherwise it is not able to do it.

So in your case the folder if the folder images/advertinties/ does not exist then easy profile are not able to create the subfolder.

Anyway the best practice is to choose an existing path.

Thanks for your reply.
The weird thing was it uploaded the image in the right folder/subfolder.
So the images where at the right place but it just does not show the thumbnail and on the website.
You could even see in the thumbnail preview the src of the image in the code.
So that all was not a problem.

Is there any other issue you can think of?
I an working in a subdomein, could this have any influence in that?

This should not be possible.

Sorry but I didn't understand very well :) , have you solved it by using an existing path?

Hi,

I do not understand either :-P
The beautiful but weird thing is that after you disabled sessions it works again.

I use exactly the path that did not worked and now it works.
Shoot me...

So thanks and Cheers!
