Resolved Importing CSV with unicode chars incorrectly [USERS IMPORT PLUG-IN]

When I try to import my CSV which its firstnames are not in English (because it's not my language) it's adds the user with blank name and sends him a welcome email in ??? chars (see screenshots)

When I try to change the CSV encoding to 'Unicode' or 'UTF-8' the plugin doesn't recognizes it.

Can it be fixed from your end?

Hi,
sorry we not have experience with chinese/japanese chars, can you please post me example CSV file, this shortens the time to make a fix ;)

Sure,
here - this is a sample file encoded 'UTF-8' charset - the plugin can't read it. If the encoding is as English 'ANSI' - it loads blank.

(BTW it's not japanese, it's hebrew, but same treatment).

Hi,
I have tried and works, but I have made some change to your file (I found some strange char between first and second line)
