Hello,

I am loading users with a csv file and I get a strange error in the import log saying that the email is incorrect. However the user is imported correctly and the email is a valid email.

This seems to be a strange and irrelevant error message.

Please see attached a view of the screen error log.

How can I stop this message.
Thank you very much, Alexandra

Hi,
thanks for your availability to send us a CSV example, we have found the problem.

try to replace file at /administrator/components/com_jsn/views/import/tmpl/default.php with attached file (unzip first)

Hi,
Yes I was wondering if it could be some deleted lines but I am consistently getting the error. Even when I create a completely new file with just one line. Please see attached. It would be good if we could stop this error.
Could it be a validation on the email? The user is correctly created though and there is no error in the frontend when I look at the user profile after it has been loaded.
I have attached a test load file that gave the same error.
Thanks, Alexandra

Hi,
you can ignore it, probably this happen because after first line you have 2 other empty lines that the system is not able to import.
