I've been running EasyProfile along with OS Solutions EventsBooking for some time without issue. Currently running Joomla 3.5.1. Both systems are kept up to date (shortly after releases are available). Upon attempting to make a reservation through the frontend with EventsBooking I saw the error message related to JSN Users and then saw (on the backend) that updates were available for both components, hoping that running the most recent updates would solve the problem. Now they are both up to date, but I'm still seeing the same error.

Any ideas what might be causing this or how to correct it?

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'WHERE id = 169' at line 2 SQL=UPDATE #__jsn_users WHERE id = 169

Hi,
if this error come when user make a reservation then the problem is the integration. This integration is not developed by us, so we can't help you, keep in mind that we have not experience with EventsBooking so you need to contact integration developer.
Otherwise please post me your site details* and explain me how to reproduce this error.

* you can use the form below the reply in "Site Details" tab

NOTE: in the query "UPDATE #__jsn_users WHERE id = 169" missing attribute "SET field=value", so this query is not valid.

As I said this is a problem of integration developed by EventsBooking team, you need to ask this to their support.
