I can't get Easy Profile to work with PayPlans. I have PayPlan's registration integration set to Joomla, but the registration process hangs after filling out a registration form, and before getting to the payment page.

Any ideas?

Hi,
I have just tried to register an account and works, now I see this page (screenshot).

I see one problem due to payplans,
- Choose Plan - OK
- Register an account - OK
- After submit registration form I receive email after 1 second - OK
- Redirect to invoice page to make a payment, 27 seconds?!?!? the most of webserver have a timeout set to 30 seconds, so it's probably that you can have a timeout error.

I have made also another test, I have tried to disable all Easy Profile plugins (so Easy Profile do nothing), and I get same result: too time to redirect at invoice page.

I recommend you to contact payplan support about this problem.

Hi,

I think this is a Payplans problem, anyway to check I need your site details, You can use the form below the reply in "Site Details" tab.

My host says: "Apache error: Excessive PHP mail in 2 Hours" - and this gets y IP Blacklisted/Greylisted for 2 hours.
Easy Profile do not send emails, all emails are sent by Joomla and/or Payplans. But it is strange because emails are sent by the server and not from your IP.
Anyway for this error you should contact your host provider to understand and fix this problem.

please remove geolocation block in admin tools (or enable access for Italy and Switzerland) :o

Probably you need also to remove my IP from blacklist
