compatibility issue with PHP 8

Hi,
the current version of Easy Profile does not support PHP8, in the coming days we will release a new version.

For now you can fix it by following these steps:
- Download and unzip the attached file
- copy file view.html.php in /components/com_jsn/views/list
- copy file default.php in /components/com_jsn/views/list/tmpl
- copy file table.php in /components/com_jsn/views/list/tmpl
- copy file default_backend.php in /administrator/components/com_jsn/views/fields/tmpl/default.php (rename it in default.php)
