Really strange bug.. I don't know why this happens... Default: Public, when I change to "Site Members" or "Private" and want to change back to "Public" the "Public" is not available.

this does not seems a bug.
Probably you have set "Visibility Profiles" to "Site Members" in Easy Profile configuration. With this option then the Public privacy option will be disabled.

Hi,
a small integration to my previous reply.

In some case you need to allow to set "Public" privacy, for example I want profiles accessible only by Site members but some field need to be displayed in the Users List.
To met this requirement you can set "Visibility Profiles" to "Custom Access", and set Custom Access to "Registered". This configuration will works like "Site members" but does not affect privacy dropdown, so user will be able to set "Public" for fields that will be show in Public users lists.
