Hello, I purchased the upgrade to pro last night and it looks like instead of unlocking pro it only cancelled my basic subscription so now I only have the free option. Could you guys activate pro on my account so that I can download it?

Sorry for late reply,
It's night for us, i have manually update your subscription. If you not see the Pro in Download area try to logout and login.
