Hi,

I have EasyProfile Pro configured with some additional fields required on registration. The additional fields are in addition to the core Joomla fields and are Country and Organization. I also have a new user registration form that includes these entries but i am finding only the core Joomla required fields are being captured. Any idea why? I know there is a problem because when I register as a new user i am asked for the two additional required fields. Then after I activate the account and login for the first time the site redirects me to now enter the additional required fields, which I already entered during registration! Why might that be?

Just to let you know, you were correct. It was the API keys. Thanks.

Easy profile registration/edit profile is the same of Joomla (no redirect, is generated by our plugin).
Unfortunately, I've never worked with RSForm. But i found this http://www.rsjoomla.com/support/documentation/view-article/589-rsformpro-joomla-user-registration-plugin.html
You should disable this plugin.

For captcha field you can use the built in Joomla Captcha.

- Go to: administration->Extensions->Plugin Manager
- search for 'captcha'
- Go to plugin Captcha - ReCaptcha and follow instructions to get Keys from google
- Fill the info and Save
- Go to Users->User Manager->Options and set Captcha - ReCaptcha on captcha parameter

You can use different types of captcha! Joomla have built-in only ReCaptcha but you can find others on Joomla Extension Directory site;)

I checked and the settings are already exactly as you describe, and I am seeing an empty captcha as noted previously and shown in the screen grab. Does it simply put the Captcha as set under the Global Configuration?

Sorry, but I did not understand well.

Does it simply put the Captcha as set under the Global Configuration?
Yes, you can set in Users manager default captcha and in Global Configuration ReCaptcha.

Ok, then it should be working, but is not. My Joomla settings are exactly as you suggested.
