Resolved Set up search and all links ends at the Frontpage

First of all I want to say thank you for your great help, I now have gathered a user registering system up there just as good as it can be - many thanks

But I still little understanding of how things work around user lists and search.

I created a few fields that are displayed depending on the type of user, it seems quite perfect. All fields are set to PUBLIC terms of Availability and Visibility

Can fine make a list that separates user type via a sql commmand

But if I want to put up search, so the challenges begiens, it shows the search button but not any of the fields I have chosen, I have of course assured me that "search" prameters in each field is set to YES

Conditions: a user log in as a user in group 1 and to show all user in group 2, and if a user from group 2 log in , its show all users from group 1 way I've done it is that I've made a link for each user group list works fine but can not set the search function.

Do not know quite what I've done, if I have to be honest, but suddenly ends all content link from Easypofile on the front page ?:p

sorry but I not understand all.

some tip:
Search: to setup search go into User list manu item in "Seach" tab and set parameters

Problem on page: Create a menu item of type Easy Profile->Profile Page and set this with public access. you may put this in hidden menu. This problem happen because not is set a Profile Page menu item, so system redirect to Home Page item id.

Ok,
this is a bug.

The condition work even in search form, you have set that the field "Udgivet bøger før" is shown only if "Brugertype" is equal to 0. But in search form not is present the field "Brugertype", so the system hide "Udgivet bøger før" field.

Now I have fixed on your site and we will fix this in next release. :)

I have attached the patch to this post (installable from Joomla Installer).

Hi Henrik,
yes this is a good thing for textarea field.

But the next release is ready, and we're finishing the test. So will not include this. Maybe the one after that.

Sound greate, i have made a workaround where the user fill out the subject in 2 fields 1 one "intro" ( showed in the list) and a secund one to more details

Hello, i might have the same issue here:
I have a slideshow module enabled only in the front page.
When someone clicks to view a user's profile, the page displays the slideshow along with the profile, which means that it directs to the front page. Same thing happens with Social network, seems like they are all displayed in the front page of the website.
I installed the above plugin but i see no difference.

Hi,
please create a menu item of type Easy Profile->User Profile.

Without this Joomla assumed Home Page Item id.
