After upgrade to latest version, only two tab show on the profile and edit profile form, while other tab didn't appear even both availability and visibility have been set to public.

Please advise.

Hi,
you need to check "availability for" parameter for each field.

For example, see screenshot, in registration the user is a guest (so it are able to show fields with Public or Guest Access Level), therefore he can't have available fields for "Special" or "Komuniti Admin" users, so tab "Status Permohonan" will be not available.
