ok, please in future use correct account to ask request about Basic version, we do not reply to not valid accounts.

To enable Webcam&crop feature you need to:
- Go at Administration->Components->Easy Profile
- Choose "Avatar" from fields list
- Select "Crop & Webcam" in parameter "Upload Method" (screenshot)

Hi i have the same problem but when i go to components->Easy Profile i don't have anything to select neither avatar or anything else. I had the free version and then upgraded to the basic version. I posted a picture of the components

Hi,
have you select "crop & webcam" as upaload method in avatar configuration? if not go to components->Easy Profile->avatar->Image parameters

note: we have removed the link from your first post, anyway your site is offline and without access we can t see
