I like to unhide the email address for some of my profiles for other profiels not.
Is it possible to select this per user?

Hi,
the only way to do this is to use HTML Delimiter field and Available for parameter, follow these steps:
- Create a Usergroup from Users->Usergroup
- Create ACL for this new usergroup from Users->Access Levels
- Create HTML delimiter field with title "Email"
- Set hidden on edit profile and registration page (show only on profile page)
- Set available for paramter to new ACL
- Put this code in description:
{user email displayed}

You need to use HTML Delimeter because Email field must be available for all users (required by Joomla), so instead show email field you show HTML delimeter with email address.

NOTE: {user email displayed} this code comes from our content plugin, here a doc: https://www.easy-profile.com/docs/26-plugin-content.html

Missing: after these steps you need to add users with public email address on new usergroup ;)

remove users like Administrators from "Registered" group (if needed) and use default ACL "Registered" for "Available for" parameter.

unfortunately Joomla works so, you can set ACL to allow users to see articles or any other content, you can't exclude users with ACL system
