Hi,

I just bought this plugin, but, when I installed it I found a big issue. I selected a few of the active modules to only show on the home page so that they would not interfere with the Profile page (using your Social plugin), but as you can see in the picture below, the modules still show up in the right column, which makes the profile look smashed and ugly. How can I fix that?

Hi,

Messed output
Screen 1: You can manage this with simple CSS, try to add this rule at your CSS style
.jsn_listprofile h4{display:block}

Screen 2: Sorry but you try to put a complex plugin in a very small width, this is normal, long menus and text appear on most lines.

I also just realized that when I try to send a message, or click on "info" or any other option in the profile, the main page loads in the fields... I'll put a picture of that in my post as well.
Have you created a menu item of type Easy Profile->Social Network (docs at https://www.easy-profile.com/docs/85-socialnetwork-installation.html) ?

Thank you for your reply,

I had to restore a backup of my website because of some problems that occurred when I tried to add the line to my CSS.
So two things,
1. How exactly do I add that line to my CSS style?
2. I tried installing the plugin through extension manager again, and it gives me the following error:
Duplicate column name 'edit' SQL=ALTER TABLE `uh46v_jsn_fields` ADD `edit` tinyint(1) NOT NULL DEFAULT '0';

How can I fix that?
Thanks

Hi,
you need to create a menu item of type Easy Profile->User Profile, and set to this menu item to not show right column modules

Yes! I did that. And that fixes the problem of viewing your own profile, but when I check out other people's profiles, the right menu appears again and messes of everything!

Thanks

Thank you for your reply,
the problem is almost solved! The problem is that when I click on a user from User List on the home page, the right column still appears even though I specifically selected the right menus to only appear on the home page, when I click on My profile, the right menus are gone! I want to fix the problem so the right menus wouldn't appear when you click on a name from the User List.

Thank you!

Sorry for bothering again, but there has to be something! Always...
For the new users, it's not possible to check out other users' pages! When I try to do so it gives me "No Permission" error.

Hi,
you have set into Components->Easy Profile->Options the parameter "Visibility Profiles" to "Private".

So only admins can see other profiles
