I am testing adding a new group and fields.
The New group (address) and fields get added ok.
But existing group and a field get the message in the subject line and won't publish - See screen shot attached

Hi,
in the table #__jsn_fields you need to set parent_id column to 1 for row that contain Emergency Contact informations, so you can launch a query like:
UPDATE #__jsn_fields SET parent_id = 1 WHERE id = 17
If you use some tool like phpMyAdmin then you need to replace "#__" with your table prefix.

Hi,
Thanks for finding the problem. The issue I have have is that it you have corrected on our development system which is a copy of our production system. So I probably need to correct the production system as well. I can't see from the fields panel what I did wrong? See screen shot. Of course as you will see the field Group 'Address' is not there on the production system as this is what we are testing on the dev system.
Can you tell me how your corrected the problem on the dev system , so I can do the same on our production system.
Kind regards
David

Hi,
fixed in your site, there was a problem with "Emergency Contact" fieldgroup, it seems to be a sub-fieldgroup of himself.

This happened because you have used batch process and you have assigned this fieldgroup to himself. Of course only fields should be assigned to some fieldgroup, so this is a bug about batch process and we will solve it in next release.

Thanks for report it :)

Feel free to test any changes on our system. This is a development/test system, so if it breaks it is not a problem

Site Details Entered.
I have managed to fix the problem by reordering the fields by ID .
What I was trying to do before was Move the group 'Address' above group 'Other Information' So that the tabs on the Profile view for users were in this order 1) MEMBER DETAILS 2) ADDRESS 3) OTHER INFORMATION.
See screen shot attached.
But when I try moving the fields manually using the the first column, that is when I hit the problem.
Kind regards
David
