When I deleted an account/user I was testing it came up with this message. The user was indeed deleted but the message did pop up.

View file "/home/joomwalk/public_html/http://acalltoaction.org.uk/plugins/jsn/socialnetwork/app/View/Themed/Blue/Users/delete.ctp"; is missing.

Also, is there any way of being notified when a user deletes their account?

This issue comes always? or just one time ? can you please provide me your site details and a list of the step to reproduce this?

Unfortunately Easy Profile does not do this :(
