Resolved ES stopped working

My EasySocial has stopped working. At first I thought it might be an old version. So I renewed my subscription and did an update. However, this was not the problem.

My profile page -> shows a white page with no errors
My social network -> gives an HTTP ERROR 500

Please help me!

have you a way to check PHP error log? otherwise can you please give me a backend access to check your configuration? if yes then you can use the form below the reply in “Site Details” tab

this is an incompatibility issue, your site should be fixed, anyway we need to investigare to understand better and release a new version of the Social Plugin
