Not sure why, but I am not able to view the image uploaded for crop. The chrome console says

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)
for URL: <domain-name>//tmp/b5673b353d.jpg (yes there is a double slash after domain name)

Is there a permission issue on the tmp folder ? Its currently set to 755.

Hi,
can you give me your PHP error log?

and check these:
- tmp folder is writable
- try disable Mijosef plugins

can you give me access to Administration->System Information and maybe FTP access*

*we always try not to ask the FTP credentials and are probably not necessary, we ask only to speed up the process of investigation of the problem

Yes tmp directory is writable. The temp folder has 755 permission.
Which php logs do you need ? From where do I get those ? There isn't much information in files in /logs folder.

Tried disabling MijoSEF, but its not helping.
