Easy Profile - Joomla Extension

Hey guys,

I'd like to try explaining what I want, maybe there's a way with another version than the Free version:

I sort my users in different groups like player, trainer, head of department, ... Users can be in multiple user groups, so let's say there's a user A who is assigned to the groups G1, G2, G3.

In G1, user A has a group-specific role R1 (like trainer in charge),
in G2 he has another, G2-group-specific, role R2 (like administrator for content) and
in G3 he has a third role (specific for G3-group) R3 (e. g. publisher for newsletters).

So I'm looking for something like a "connection map" for user A between all groups and their group-specific role (G1-R1, G2-R2, G3-R3).
I thought of using the Conditions, but they
1. only work for the field itself (if THIS field is...) and
2. they can't access the user-property groups

Is there a way to make this work?
