Resolved Privacy Control - User can't change settings - Social Network Plugin

We recently installed the Social Network Plugin.
We have a number of fields that allow our users to set the Privacy on some fields.
Before we installed the Social Network Plugin this work fine, users could change their fields. Now The dropdown appears against each field, but users, can't select the privacy option.

Hi,
we will add proposed CSS code in the next release to avoid these conflicts, so from the next release you can remove your custom css code.

Hi,
I have just tried with:
- Chrome 68.0.3440.106 (Build ufficiale) (a 64 bit)
- Chrome 69.0.3497.81 (Build ufficiale) (a 64 bit)
in both versions works.

Have you tried to clean your browser cache?

I have cleared my cache. I also went into Joomla Back end and cleared that.
Same problem.
I then tried a colleagues PC (Same as mine Microsoft Surface running Windows 10 and Chrome).
Same problem on that machine.
This is strange.????

Hi,
I had tested these Browser on a Mac, so now I have also tested it in latest Chrome with Windows 10 and not problem found.

Unfortunately we have not Microsoft Surface to test it :(

Anyway we will do some other investigations.

Tried on a Lenovo Laptop running windows 10. Same problem with Chrome...works on Internet Explorer

Hi,
sorry but unfortunately now for us it's not possible to replicate this error, also you're the only one who has encountered this issue and it's very strange to happen after you have installed Social Network plugin it does not change the privacy dropdown method).
Are you available to send us an access with TeamViewer to allow us to see this in your devices?
